About Gift Certificate Purchases

 

How to purchase

  • Gift certificates may be purchased in whole dollar amounts, from $20 to $999
  • Gift certificates may be ordered in person by visiting the Ticket Office, located in the main level of Overture Center's Rotunda Lobby at 201 State Street
  • Order gift certificates online
  • Call the Overture Center Ticket Office at 608.258.4141 to order by phone

 

Delivery

Certificates are sent via USPS First Class mail and go out next business day after the order. If you wish your certificate to be shipped using an overnight service, you must order by phone. Please call 608.258.4143 to make arrangements.

 

Redeeming gift certificates

Gift certificates may be redeemed in person at our ticket office, by mailing to Overture Center Ticket Office, 201 State St, Madison WI, 53703; or over the phone by calling 608.258.4141. Gift certificates are not redeemable online.
 
Certificates should be used within one year from date of purchase. If the entire amount of a gift certificate is not used, a new certificate will be issued for the balance.
