The Pin Ups

Originally appearing in 2007 as a staged radio show, The Pin-Ups have evolved into a swinging 1940s cabaret trio with a full band that has been taking Chicago by storm. The ladies (Carrie Bruno, Cheyenne Pinson and Alison Logan) have joined forces with hilarious crooner Jeff Mauro, pianist & musical director Mandie Craigie and a powerhouse band that can be seen in any number of bars, restaurants, theatres, events, parties and benefit appearances all over the greater Chicago area and beyond. Their music includes the sounds of The Andrews Sisters, The McGuire Sisters, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and more! Sure to get you laughing, humming & tapping your toes, The Pin-Ups will remind you why you fell in love with music in the first place.

Formerly Musical Memories, the series has has grown, expanded and improved to become the St. Mary’s A.M. Series. St. Mary’s will bring to life all the research that shows the connection between the arts and your health. (After all, the A.M. in A.M. Series stands for Art and Medicine!) Medical professionals will open each show with a brief talk with information crucial to your health, and help keep you up, active and healthy enough to enjoy great music.
