Berlin's career spanned over 50 years, bridging Tin Pan Alley and Broadway, radio and Hollywood. From his first big hit, "Alexander's Ragtime Band" (1911), and tunes made popular by Fred Astaire ("Cheek to Cheek," "Puttin' on the Ritz," and more) to movie musicals like White Christmas (1943) and patriotic favorites like "God Bless America", The Irving Berlin Songbook pays tribute to one of America's most beloved composers.
