| War letters are, by their nature, intensely
emotional, heartfelt and honest. Ten
actors dramatically bring to life the stories of men
and women who served their country. This moving production reveals a
poignant and powerful oral history of the American soldier currently fighting the
war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Letters Home is based on Frank Schaeffer’s books, and
inspired by the New York Times articles, The Things They Wrote and the subsequent
HBO documentary, Last Letters Home. |
