| This spectacular multi-media program, featuring live narration and music from a dynamic sextet comprised of some of New York’s finest jazz musicians, introduces
very young audiences to jazz in an inclusive and accessible way. Staged as a latenight
talk show, with animated likenesses of jazz greats such as Louis Armstrong,
Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis and Thelonious Monk
as show guests, the program is fun and highly engaging, incorporating lots of
audience participation to help kids “get into the groove.” |
