Community Partner Circle | $500 - $1,999

Overture’s Community Partner Circle is for those businesses that want to offer their employees access to the arts while enjoying business networking opportunities.
 
$500 - $999

  • Recognition in Overture Presents Magazine and Overture’s Annual Programming Report
  • VIP behind-the-scenes tour of Overture for employees
  • Access to Group Ticket Window (online) for employees (minimums may be required)
  • Limited sponsorship opportunities do exist at this level

 

$1,000 - $1,999
 
All of the above, plus:

  • Discount offers for employees on tickets to selected shows
  • 50% off one room rental (Overture Lobby excluded)
  • Invitation to three business networking functions per year
  • Limited sponsorship opportunities do exist at this level

 

Business Sponsor Circle | $2,000 - $9,999

Overture’s Business Sponsor Circle is for businesses that seek more exposure for their support of the arts in Dane County.
 
Business Sponsor Circle members provide support for a single performance and receive all Community Partner benefits, plus ticketing, room rental and recognition benefits, including:

 

Ticketing

  • Up to 20 complimentary tickets to sponsored event
  • Opportunity to purchase additional tickets at subscriber rate or better for employees/clients

 

Room Rental

  • One complimentary use of either Audubon Room for Overture Hall performances or Promenade Lounge for Capitol Theater performances for entertaining employees/clients (or substitute room/date pending availability).

 

Recognition

  • Recognition in the Footlights program with logo display on the show page
  • One half-page b/w ad in Footlights program for sponsored event
  • Recognition in all appropriate and specific print advertising
  • Pre-show announcement at sponsored event
  • Lobby video screen recognition at sponsored event
  • Recognition and logo on the show page at overturecenter.com
  • Recognition in all e-marketing promoting sponsored event
  • Opportunity for table and easel display at event (sponsor provides signage)

 

Prices range from $1,500 - $5,000 based on anticipated audience attendance and type. Please inquire about currently available sponsorships and pricing. We are committed to helping you find the event and level that’s right for your business, as well as assist in designing a special night at Overture.

 

Ovation Circle | $10,000 and above

Overture’s Ovation Circle, our highest level of support, is for those businesses that recognize the value of supporting Overture’s community engagement and educational outreach efforts.
 
Members of the Ovation Circle receive all Community Partners benefits plus high-level sponsor recognition associated with a performance series or specific educational or community program.  Benefits include:

  • Recognition in all playbills, show-specific print advertising, pre-show announcements, online promotion and e-marketing associated with all performances in series or program
  • Opportunity for table and easel display at events (sponsor provides signage)
  • Ten complimentary tickets for each event in the series or program (in addition to the complimentary tickets at your Ovation Circle level)
  • Opportunity to purchase additional tickets at subscriber rate or better for employees/clients
  • Additional unique opportunities may be associated with some of the programs, so please inquire

In addition to benefits associated with each series or community program, Ovation Circle members receive the following benefits:


$10,000 - $24,999

  • Two complimentary room rentals during the season (Overture Lobby excluded), including invitation to use Audubon Room for business networking  (not available for the general public)
  • Up to 20 complimentary tickets per season for Overture Presents shows, and access to purchasing prime seating for co-promotion shows (some limitations may apply)

 

$25,000 and above

  • Four complimentary room rentals during the season (may be combined for Overture Lobby rental; some limitations apply), including invitation to use Audubon Room for business networking  (not available for the general public)
  • Up to 40 complimentary tickets per season for Overture Presents shows, and access to purchasing prime seating for co-promotion shows (some limitations may apply)
  • Reception for up to 100 employees/clients hosted by Overture

Overture’s season runs July 1-June 30. Benefits are good only during the season for which support is committed.
