Ovation Fund Levels & Benefits

 

Ovation Fund contributors become members of Overture and receive benefits at the level of their annual giving. We believe that our contributors who have generously provided for others through the Ovation Fund should have greater access to Overture and the arts and artists within.
 
Ticketing and other benefits apply only to Overture Presents performances, not events presented by outside promoters or Overture’s resident organizations. The membership year is April 1 – March 31. New memberships beginning on or after December 1 are good through the remainder of the current membership year and the entire year following.

 

Studio | $30-$99

  • Invitation to purchase single tickets before public sales begin
  • Member newsletter
  • VIP behind-the-scenes tour of Overture
  • Discount offers on tickets to selected shows

 

Terrace | $100-$249

All of the above, plus:

  • Terrace Level preferred handling of subscription and individual ticket orders
  • Recognition in Overture’s Annual Programming Report
  • Invitation to special Terrace-member receptions with artists

 

Rotunda | $250-$499

All of the above, plus:

  • Rotunda Level preferred handling of ticket orders
  • Advance notice and ticket-buying opportunities for shows added to the Overture Presents season
  • Invitation to Audubon Room pre-show openings

 

Promenade | $500-$999

All of the above, plus:

  • Promenade Level preferred handling of ticket orders
  • Access to personalized ticket office customer service hotline
  • Invitation to a unique Promenade-member onstage/backstage event

 

Capitol Circle | $1,000-$2,499

All of the above, plus:

  • Capitol Circle preferred handling of ticket orders
  • Invitation to host a private party in Promenade Lounge
  • Invitation for two to a special Overture Circle dinner and performance hosted by our board of directors
  • Recognition as an Overture 2010/11 Take the Stage Campaign donor, including additional benefits.

 

Overture Circle | $2,500-$4,999

All of the above, plus:

  • Overture Circle preferred handling of ticket orders
  • Donation of 4 tickets to the charity of your choice
  • Invitation to host a private party in the Audubon Room
  • Recognition as an Overture 2010/11 Take the Stage Campaign donor, including additional benefits.

 

President’s Circle | $5,000 and up

At this premier level of giving, you not only enjoy all of the above privileges, you will also be invited to attend small private gatherings with Overture’s board chair(s) and enjoy other exclusive opportunities at Overture. Donors at this level are also recognized as contributing members of our 2010/11 Take the Stage Campaign, and receive additional benefits.
 
Most importantly, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your support is critical to the continuation and expansion of Overture’s mission: to engage the community in the arts.
