Step 1: Placing Your Order

Phone orders are not accepted. Email orders without a registration form are not accepted.
You are not required to send in your payment with your order form.
The order serves as your contract. Payment is not needed until 6 weeks prior to the performance. All seats must be paid for prior to entering the theater.
Reservations are completed in the order they are received. Make your reservations as soon as possible as some performances fill early in the spring of the proceeding school year. Your order should include everyone attending including students, teachers, bus drivers and chaperones.
Ticket Prices: Tickets are $6 for groups of 20 seats or more per performance. Tickets are $8 for orders less than 20 seats per performance. The low prices for these performances are possible through a generous grant from American Girl’s Fund for Children.
Complimentary Seats: Please note that for every 15 tickets purchased, groups receive one additional complimentary seat.
If you don’t know the exact number of students you will have in the coming year, estimate to the best of your ability. You can make any necessary adjustments up to 15% variance until final invoices are sent 2 months prior to your performance.
Please note that all persons regardless of age must purchase a seat to enter the theater.
Step 2: Confirming your order
Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation invoice is emailed indicating the payment amount and due date. If a performance is already at capacity when your registration form is received, you are notified that you have been placed on a waiting list.
Step 3: Sending in payment
Send your payment to the Overture Center on or before the due date. This is 6 weeks prior to the performance. You will receive a reminder invoice prior to the due date. You may not enter the theater if you have not paid in full.
Step 4: Receiving performance information
Approximately 1 month prior to the performance, you will receive via email your final invoice and Web site links to the following performance materials:

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain to allow time for seating.

Making Adjustments to Your Order
For all orders, a confirmation will be emailed to you. You can adjust your seat reservations and accommodation needs until your final invoice is mailed 2 months prior to your performance.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if a performance is cancelled by Overture Center or if the district superintendent closes the school on the day of the performance. No refunds are given for unused seats.
