From our neighbors to the north comes this Native Canadian adaptation of the acclaimed British play Tir na N’og. With the help of their grandfather and their former rodeo champion father, two young First Nations children try to bring a mysterious “spirit horse” into their Calgary apartment. This heartwarming adventure explores the importance of tradition, culture and family. Ontario’s Roseneath Theatre has been producing top-notch children’s programming for more than 20 years. Greg Banks (the original director and author of Tir na N’og) and award–winning Ojibwa playwright Drew Hayden Taylor have created an uplifting tale of hope with universal appeal.
