Juan De Marcos Gonzalez, a central figure in the Cuban music scene and one of the driving forces behind the legendary Buena Vista Social Club project, has assembled a diverse crew of old masters and hot young Cuban players. The result is a stirring blend of classic Afro-Cuban dance music, jazz and other more modern sounds from the Havana streets. The Afro-Cuban All Stars bring Cuban music into the new millennium with class, extraordinary artistry and an irresistible rhythmic groove.
