| With their wide smiles, boundless enthusiasm and cherubic voices, the members of the African Children’s Choir have been inspiring and entertaining audiences all over the world for more than two decades. In keeping with the choir’s motto—“Helping Africa’s most vulnerable children today so they can help Africa tomorrow”—each year 26 children from some of the poorest countries in Africa are invited to join the choir. Most of the children have lost either one or both parents to poverty or disease. After their experiences with the choir, they’re encouraged to continue their education and give back to their communities. |
